LOCATED AT FRANKFORD SALON SUITES | 3636 FRANKFORD RD SUITE 350 | SMOKIN ROOTZ SUITE 16 DEPOSITS: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND DOES GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. AVAILABILITY: ANY APPOINTMENT BOOKED MONDAY-FRIDAY AFTER 8PM WILL BE A SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENT!!! ($30 + service charge) LATE ARRIVALS: After 10 minutes there will be a late fee of $10 added to your service. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 30% of your service. RESCHEDULING: All reschedules must be made 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment. Failing to do so will result in 30% cancellation fee or any no shows. Reschedules must be made within a 2 week period if not you have forfeitied your deposit.
